Who am I?

My name is Sensei J. Richard Kirkham, Rick to my friends. I've been in martial arts over 30 years . I'm a dual certified teacher in physical education and adaptive physical education. I have expertise in behavior modification principles and techniques with an emphasis on positive reinforcement methodology . I have a talent for breaking down physical movements to the very basics and putting those movements back together so the student and reader's techniques become even more efficient . Thus my nickname The Drillman.

I'm going to be real up front and honest with you. What I intend to do is give you good quality information. The value of this information will far exceed the two dollars you spend on this ebook. Most serious martial artists tell me even if they pick up just one new thing it's well worth it. I believe you'll learn a lot more than that.
