I submitted fifty subscription emails but only received about nine responses? Yahoo does seem to have a limit on subscriptions via email. An unofficial way to do this is wait till you get your first Welcome messages, then submit an email to the other groups and wait till you get an unable reply. This email will have a link you can use to join the group. I recently followed this method myself and it was nice having the emails already in my list without having to copy and paste each one. Be careful not to submit without joining to the same group repeatedly so Yahoo doesn't set your email on bounce. Then you'll have to take an extra step to click a link to unbounce yourself. Can I save time by opening multiple browsers? Do not open up additional browsers to speed up the process of joining the Yahoo Groups or you'll get a screen stating it cannot process your request. Open one browser at a time using your Unable to Reply list. I usually end up finishing the next day if I get the unable to process screen on Yahoo. THIS IS ALL TO YOUR ADVANTAGE! Yes it's a pain in the okole (Hawaiian for you know what) to join a whole bunch of groups at once but that limits the number of people that will do the same thing you're doing and increase the chance of someone going to the Yahoo group to register and seeing your ad. Thus giving you a second advantage besides the increase in backlinks to your site! If I get a group that doesn't exist, how do I keep that from being listed in my email list again? An excellent question, sorry teacher flashback. List the email address of the nonexistent Yahoo Group near the top of your list under NO GOOD or something to that effect. Full version members will not have to deal with this group again as the full version will spider and double check the list of your choice for duplicates before writing the group email address to the list. Can I use this to spider the Yahoo Groups page itself? Presently no. Why Should I Use Yahoo Safe Lists? Most safelists are composed of new or desperate marketers throwing their product out into cyberspace hoping to catch someone's eye and make a sale. Be smart. To attract other safelist users offer something they want. Traffic Affiliate Programs Free Software etc... The advantage of using Yahoo safelists is when the moderators set the archives to public they can be spidered by search engines. They all have a link section you can use as well. When you put out your sales message, make sure you use plenty of keywords used to find your product or service by search engines and of course use a text link to your website including the http:// Do You Have an Affiliate Program?
