AM I OFFERING THIS?
This is a very important
project. This three step program offers martial art and self-defense
students and instructors a step by step guide to learn to take a hit
(if you have to) and hit back even if you're hurt. This method could
even help prevent accidental injuries.
It's also just as
important as learning to punch and kick properly and should not be
learned, as a few instructors say as you go along. Good instructors
don't teach punches and kicks assuming you'll learn as you go along.
Why should they teach you how to take strikes in such a manner?
Combining my methods of teaching physical education classes,
my skill with with alternative teaching methods and behavior
modification which became more developed by tutoring students with
behavior and learning challenges, and over 30 years of martial arts,
I developed a method starting with non-striking driils ending with
martial artists and self-defense practitioners with the ability to
take strikes better and have a more ingrained reaction to HIT BACK
EVEN WHEN HURT.
